Saafi Beta Program Terms

Thank you for helping shape Saafi before launch. These Beta Program Terms explain what to expect if you apply for or join the Saafi beta.

What the beta is

The Saafi beta is early access to a pre-release version of the app. The purpose is to test the experience, find issues, improve privacy and reliability, and learn what helps users most.

Beta access is limited

Applying for beta access does not guarantee acceptance. We may limit beta access based on capacity, testing needs, device availability, or other operational reasons.

The beta may change

Beta features may:

• Break
• Change
• Be unavailable
• Be removed
• Lose test data during development
• Behave differently from the final App Store version

Please do not rely on the beta as your only source of support.

Privacy during the beta

Beta use may involve personal and sensitive information. Saafi's Privacy Policy applies: https://saafiapp.com/privacy

Please avoid sending information you do not want reviewed for support, bug fixing, or product improvement.

Feedback

If you join the beta, we may ask for feedback about your experience. Feedback is optional unless otherwise stated.

By submitting feedback, you allow Saafi to use it to improve the app, fix issues, and understand user needs.

No emergency or medical support

Saafi is not an emergency service, medical service, therapy provider, or crisis line. If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person near you right away.

Launch offers

Saafi may offer beta testers a launch benefit or promotional access if available. Any offer is subject to App Store rules, Apple approval, technical availability, eligibility, and the terms shown at the time of the offer.

Respectful participation

We may remove beta access if someone abuses the program, attempts to attack the app, shares private test materials without permission, submits harmful content, or disrupts testing.
