These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Saafi. By using Saafi, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use Saafi.

What Saafi is
Saafi is a private, faith-based recovery and worship consistency app for Muslims. It is designed to help users build daily worship habits, respond to urges, return after slips, and stay connected to Allah through reminders, content, and reflection.
What Saafi is not
Saafi is not:
- A medical device
- A mental health diagnosis tool
- A substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, emergency help, or religious scholarship
- An emergency service
If you may harm yourself or someone else, or you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person near you right away.
If you need professional support, consider speaking with a qualified therapist, doctor, counselor, imam, scholar, or trusted support person.
Accounts
Some Saafi features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Saafi may support email/password sign-in, Sign in with Apple, and Google Sign-In.

Subscriptions and purchases
Saafi may offer paid access through auto-renewable subscriptions, including monthly or yearly Saafi Membership plans.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged through your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date according to Apple's rules.
- The app will show available price and billing period before purchase.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
- You can restore eligible purchases in the app.
- Free trials, discounts, or promotional offers may be subject to additional terms shown by Apple or in the app.
Saafi does not control Apple's billing system, refund decisions, or App Store subscription management.

Beta access and promotions
If you join a Saafi beta, you may receive early access to pre-release features. Beta features may change, break, or be removed.
Any beta-related launch offer or promotional access is subject to availability, Apple App Store rules, and any offer terms shown at the time.
User content and feedback
If you submit feedback, support messages, cancellation notes, or other content, you give Saafi permission to use that content to provide support, improve the app, fix bugs, and understand user needs.
Please do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or infringes someone else's rights.
Religious content
Saafi may display Qur'an, hadith, du'a, reminders, and faith-based reflections. We aim to treat Islamic content with care and provide references where appropriate.
Saafi is not a replacement for qualified Islamic scholarship. If you have a religious question, consult a qualified scholar or trusted imam.

Third-party services
Saafi depends on third-party services such as Apple, Firebase, Google Sign-In, RevenueCat, Quran Foundation, Aladhan, and website hosting providers. Their services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Saafi for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Reverse engineer, attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt Saafi or its services
- Interfere with payment, subscription, or access controls
- Submit malicious code, spam, or abusive content
- Misrepresent Saafi or imply endorsement without permission
Account deletion
You can delete your account in the Saafi app. Deleting your account is designed to remove your account and saved app data associated with your user ID.

Deleting your Saafi account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must manage subscriptions through your Apple account.
Changes to Saafi
We may change, suspend, or remove features as we improve Saafi, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to operational needs.
Disclaimers
Saafi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Saafi will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every need.
To the extent permitted by law, Saafi and Elwaleed Gadalla are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of Saafi.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Saafi changes. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice.
