How do I delete my account?
In the Saafi app:
- Open Profile.
- Open Account Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Follow the confirmation steps.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Apple subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.

How do I restore purchases?
Open Saafi and use Restore purchases on the paywall or in the membership screen in Profile.
How do I export my data?
Open Profile, then use Export my data in the Privacy and trust section.
Why does Saafi ask for location?
Saafi uses location to calculate prayer times for your area. Location is not used for advertising.
You can manage location permission in iOS Settings.
How do I change notifications?
Open Profile, then Notification settings. You can also manage Saafi notifications in iOS Settings.
How does app lock work?
Saafi can use Apple's Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode system to help keep your private recovery space locked. Saafi does not receive or store your biometric data.
I found an issue in Qur'an, hadith, or reminder content.
